Rules & Regulations

  • Admission to the Institute binds a student to observe Institutional RULES & RAGULATIONS and all DIRECTION.
  • The Institute expects wholehearted and eager involvement with full co-operation from the students in making the whole curriculum successful.
  • The students are requested to attend all the classes as well as the Aptitude and Mock test for their own benefit. 75% attendance is a must, otherwise student will not be permitted for any type of Examination.
  • Class Timing: will depend upon type of Course. Timing will be as per Institutes notification (class timings are liable to change as per the Institutes discretion).
  • Students must always carry Attendance Card with them. Face value will not be carried out in any respect. Loss of Attendance Card must be reported to the Institutes authority immediately. A fine of Rs. 25/- will be charged for duplicate Attendance.
  • Students are provided with a Borrower’s Card which enables them to draw a book at a time for a week (as applicable). Books are to be returned with in the stipulated day, otherwise a fine of Rs. 5/- will be charged for per day. The Borrower’s Card is non-transferable and it must be returned at the end of the course. Detailed Library Rules & Regulations are available in the Library, which must be abide by all students Any Library dues the Institute will be remover form the Security Deposit.
  • Regarding the syllabus, curriculum, routine, class timing, selection of faculty or any other institutional activity, the decision of the Institution shall be final and binding upon the students.
  • At the time of appearing in the MOCK Test, the student has to submit the Xerox copy of the Admit Card of the concerned examination (as applicable).
  • The students of the correspondence course (as applicable) are notified that their Study Material will be sent to their opted address by Speed Post (on every Tuesday).The institute will not be responsible, if the same is not received by the student due to any Postal fault or other-wise. However the students may collect the materials personally from the front office from Tuesday to Friday between 12.00 to 6.00 pm.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if he is not counting with the course. Also the candidate will not be permitted to transfer the duration of the course or transfer his candidature to other names.
  • Dues must be cleared as per committed date; else the studentship will be cancelled in all respect. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the final Semester Examination (as applicable), if he/she does not clear total course fees, in such case, all liabilities that may arise, shall be of the candidate.
  • The Institute reserves the right to financially recover (from Caution Deposit) and taking any short of disciplinary action against a student. In case he/she is found committing any damage/loss of Institutional infrastructure, whatsoever, considered harmful to the Institute with respect to the property of goodwill or any other interest whatsoever of the Institute. Otherwise the Caution Deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the course with-out any Interest.
  • The Institute preserves the right of taking any sort of disciplinary action (which may lead to expulsion from the institute) against a student in case the same be found committing any sort of nuisance or breach of discipline or damage/loss of library books or any institutional infrastructure, whatsoever considered harmful to the institute with respect to the property or goodwill or any other interest whatsoever of the Institute.
  • Students are requested not to indulge in any kind of nuisance or unruly behavior to force by the neighboring community of the locality to complain against them and compel us to take disciplinary actions against these students (which may lead to expulsion from the Institute).
  • Misbehavior with the faculty and office stuff may lead to expulsion from the institute.
  • Students giving bogus certificates/documents will do so at their own risk and responsibility (as applicable).
  • Students must collect their certificates with in 3 (three) months, after completion of course (as applicable). Failure to do so, the Institute will not be responsible for the loss or damage of original certificate.
  • The Institute reserves the right to print/ broadcast/ publish/ display the photograph of successful students for Institutional Publicity and advertisement purpose.
  • Students should intimate the Institutes authority regarding any change of Address or any other change with documentary evidence.
  • Any legal dispute will be settled within the Jurisdiction of Kolkata.

  • I solemnly declare that I have gone through all the rules and regulations provided in this form and have no objection in obeying them. In case I fail to do so, the authority’s decision whatsoever, will be binding upon me.
